Garry Hides, President and CEO, Director

Prior to taking on his current role at DualEx, Mr. Hides was the Vice-President of Land and Business Development for Dual Exploration Inc., and prior thereto, Vice-President of Land and Business Development for Devlan Exploration Inc. Prior to that, he was Vice-President, Land with Petrobank Energy and Resources for seven years and held various positions of increasing responsibility with Chevron Canada Resources for 13 years prior to that. Mr. Hides is a professional landman with over 25 years of diversified land, negotiations and business development experience, both domestically and internationally. He is a member of both the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.

Ken Tompson, Executive VP and COO, Director

Prior to joining DualEx, Mr. Tompson was the Vice-President of Exploration for Dual Exploration Inc. and prior thereto, Vice-President of Exploration for Devlan Exploration Inc. Prior to establishing an exploration consulting practice in February 2000, he was the Vice-President, Exploration of Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd. Mr. Tompson has in excess of 30 years of experience in oil and gas exploration.  He is a member of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists and the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.

David Rain, Director

Mr. Rain is the CFO and a Director of Caribou Capital Corp., a private investment company in Calgary, Alberta. Prior thereto, he was Vice-President and CFO of Harvest Energy Trust and Vice President Finance and CFO of Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd. from October 2001 to March 2004 and Director, Corporate Finance of Petrobank from April 2000 to September 2001. Mr. Rain is a Chartered Accountant with 22 years experience in the oil and gas industry, both in Canada and internationally.

Roy Hudson, Director

Mr. Hudson is a Partner at Davis LLP, a full-service law firm with lawyers and patent and trade-mark agents across Canada and in Japan. Mr. Hudson has practiced securities and corporate law since 1984.

John Nelson, Director

Mr. Nelson is the President and CEO of Lion Energy Corp., a public oil and gas exploration company focused on East Africa. Mr. Nelson has over 26 years of experience in international and domestic Oil and Gas exploration. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists, and the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologist and Geophysicists of Alberta.

Lorne Morozoff, VP Finance and CFO and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Morozoff is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience, the last thirteen in the international oil and gas industry. Prior to joining DualEx, Lorne was the Controller of Stratic Energy Corporation. Prior thereto, he held various senior level positions within Nexen Inc. from 2001-2005, including a two year assignment in Yemen. Prior to that he served as a Senior Internal Auditor with the Qatar General Petroleum Corporation in Doha, Qatar from 1997 to 2000.

Abderrahim Chebbi, General Manager, Tunisia

Mr. Chebbi, based in DualEx’s office in Tunis, is a petroleum geologist with over 35 years of exploration, development and management experience in North Africa, predominantly Tunisia. He has held senior positions with, among others, Marathon, Amoco, ETAP and Sonatrach.
