- 103,000 gross acres in the western Pelagian Basin of northeast Tunisia
- The Cretaceous Abiod formation (~1,800 metres depth) is the primary objective with the overlying El Gueria formation as a secondary target
- Abiod is productive at the Sidi el Kilani field seven kilometres east of the Bouhajla Block and has produced approximately 48 million barrels of light gravity crude from four primary producer wells
- Gathering and evaluation of legacy data is currently underway
- Commitment to shoot 100 kilometres of 2D seismic and drill one exploration well during the primary three-year term (commencing April 30, 2010)
